Citystate Savings Bank Inc. (CSBI) signed a contract recently with MicroPhase Corporation and Oracle Philippines to jumpstart the implementation of its newly acquired Finacle core banking system.
Lawyer Rey D. Delfin, bank president and director, led the contract signing at the head office of Citystate Savings Bank at the Citystate Centre Building, Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City, along with Joselo P. Bueno, general manager of Microphase.
The designation of Microphase, a top provider of information technology solutions to business organizations, is expected to step up Citystate Savings Bank’s efforts to streamline operations, said lawyer Rey D. Delfin, bank president and director. “This will enable the bank to provide faster and more efficient service to its customers,” he said.
Under the agreement, MicroPhase will be Citystate Savings Bank’s partner in the implementation of the Bank’s new IBM servers, Redhat Linux and Oracle database software.
“Being an authorized IBM business partner and service center with certified engineers on board, we will extend our best efforts to support Citystate Savings Bank to complete this project, as we always do with our most important clients,” Tercias added.
