The Investor Relations (IRU), which is part of the Corporate Planning Department, is a strategic unit of the management with the responsibility of integrating finance, communication, marketing and securities law compliance to enable the most effective two-way communication between a company, the financial community, and other constituencies. The Unit also conducts company presentations in the annual stockholders’ meeting and synergize with the Advertising Unit for media briefings and press releases. Consistent communication with the Shareholders, conducting presentations and actively participating in activities of the investing community are being undertaken to ensure the present and future relationship to grow and flourish.

The IRU also ensures that proper structured disclosures through the use of the PSE’s Electronic Disclosure Generation Technology or PSE EDGE to give accurate, efficient processing, validation distribution, submission and analysis of significant report are submitted to PSE. All Information from the PSE EDGE is accurately disclosed to SEC as required via media, including the Bank’s website and all other means of communication.
